ICP KeepRite provides a standard 5-year warranty and extended 10-year parts limited warranty if the unit is registered within 90 days after installation.

If the unit is purchased from Yorktech Supply, you will purchase the replacement parts and we will fully refund the cost of the parts once the warranty is approved.

If the unit is purchased from a different supplier, we will charge a processing fee of $35.

If the unit is under the standard 5-year warranty without being registered, you will need to fill out the following form.

Aspen provides a standard warranty of 5 years (maximum 6 years from the date of manufacturing) and an extended 10-year warranty (maximum 11 years from the date of manufacturing) if the coil is registered within 60 days of installation.

Please provide an invoice of purchase when inquiring about the warranty. We can only provide warranty service for coils purchased from Yorktech Supply.

You will purchase the replacement coil and we will fully refund the cost of the replacement coil once the warranty is approved. Please bring back the defective coil.

You will also need to fill out the following form, and the manufacturer will require the original bill of sales between the installer and homeowner to approve the warranty.

Samsung HVAC offers a standard warranty with 5-year parts replacement and 7-year compressor replacement. If the unit is registered within 60 days of installation, the warranty will be extended to 10 years for parts replacement and 10 years for compressor replacement.

We will need the exact part number for replacement parts.

Noritz provides a 25-year heat exchanger limited warranty for EZ-series tankless water heaters, a 12-year heat exchanger limited warranty for other residential products (e.g., NRCB combination boiler), and 5-year parts warranty. Please register the unit within 30 days of installation to enjoy an extended limited warranty.

Noritz North America will handle all warranty applications. For the warranty to be approved, the installer or service contractor must provide a diagnosis to a Nortiz technical representative over the phone.

Different Yellow Jacket products are provided with different warranty policies. Please refer to the warranty cards within the original package.

Yellow Jacket will need to inspect the defect of the product to approve the warranty.

The defective unit will be mailed to the manufacturer at the cost of the customer.

Only quality defects will be warrantied. Wear-and-tear from normal use or damage from abuse will not be under warranty.

New Nest Thermostats have a standard warranty of 1 year and will be extended to 3 years if it is registered to be installed by a Nest Pro contractor.

3rd Gen Nest Thermostats gave a standard warranty of 2 years and will be extended to 5 years if it is registered to be installed by a Nest Pro contractor.
